First National Government Grants ripoff-scam Charlotte North Carolina

July 7, got a call from someone who is not understandable. The phone number was blocked, but while talking with this person I did a google search and found their name in the Ripoff Reports. The had changed their address from Miami Florida to North Carolina. BBB Online has never heard of them. They wanted money from me to get money they say the government owes me. Now I the government owes me, but I don't some scam artist to call and attempt to get my checking info. I told the lady with the bad english that I do not do business with people who block their phone numbers and asked for my personal info. I don't know where they got my phone number, especially since it's not in my name, but I would recommend anyone being contacted by these people to steer clear!
