First Premier Bank rip-off Soiux Falls South Dakota

I sent in my FIRST PREMIER BANK CARD paymont on time by personal check. I sent a letter with the paymont and noted on the paymont stub for them not to try and deduct the money from my Bank account by the means of electronic Banking. For them to send the check through.

They decided they didnot want to send the check through as I instructed instead they tryed to get the money electronicly. My bank would nit let them. Now they are trying to charge me a $25.00 return check fee and a late charge on my account. After talking to there collection dept they say that they didnot try and draw the money out electronicly but my Bank sayes other wise.
