Firstsource Advantage, LLC First I've ever heard about owing money!! Amherst New York

So I get home tonight and open my mail and one letter looked a bit odd to me. I open it up and it reads:

Firstsource Advantage, LLC
205 Bryant Woods South, Amherst, NY, 14228

RE: TARGET NATIONAL BANK
BALANCE: $489.34

Dear....

This account has been listed with out office for collection.

WHAT THE HELL..... first off reading everyone elses complaints about this company says they all have been harassed with phone calls.... now I dont answer calls from numbers I dont know however I do not get many phone calls from unknown numbers. Second off I live in Canada.... I have never been to a TARGET Store.... so what the hell is target national bank???

I've never even dealt with National Bank!!! I am a student in my 20's and I only have one credit card... and a student loan. These are the only two sources of money owing in my name, and to add to that there is not even money owing on my credit card. So what and where did this $489.34 come from???

In the letter it states their phone line is open from 8 am to 10pm I called at 9:30 pm and no answer..... what good is this??

So I have not spoken with anyone about this yet however I have done my research and will take all the precautions necessary such as recording my phone calls with them.

I have no idea what this is but I am not about to be played!!
