Fitness Connection Gym I make this complaint because I try to cancel my membership If a gym membership makes it really easy to join but very complicated to cancel a membership. This is bad service that won't want to make you ever join a gym Houston Nationwide

 Fitness Connection gym membership canceling. I have to complain about canceling my gym membership cause I also have my wife on the account. The thing about it when you go to web site to cancel the account http://www.fitnessconnectionusaforms.com/employee/ it said member information then it saids primary member and this two have the boxes were you fill in your information. I have also my wife on the account. Then if you scroll down it saids second third and fourth member to cancel their membership to. The problem with this is that there's no boxes to fill in the information for those members.in order for you to fill in the information for those members you would actually have to click on the member for instance second member you actually have to click on second member so the box can pop out and you fill in there information in order for you to fill-in the information for those members you would actually have to click on the member box it self. If you don't click it you will not cancel those memberships, because you didn't put the information. They keep charging your bank account the month fees and if you don't have enough money in your account your bank will charge you backdraft fees every time fitness connection tries to take a payment out. Every time they try to take s payment out fitness connection charges you a return fee . So if you didn't have enough money in your account you will be owe them a couple hundreds dollars between your bank and fitness connection fees over a little mistake you do just cause they made the website page of canceling your membership a little complicated. And they won't let you cable over the phone you go to web site to cancel.
