Five Point Capital Small guy got scammed by Five point Capital Internet

Five years ago, I recieved a sales letter from Five point Capital about equipment financing.  I called and talk to William Abbot.  We negotiated a factor equals to ten percent interest rate and one dollar buy out.  Plus first and last payment in advance.  Those days I was not feeling too good because of a heart attack few months before that.  I recieved a contract from William abott which he pressured me in signing quickly, I trusted and signed quickly and faxed and mailed back and put it in a file.  About six months ago I recieved a certified letter from them about the end of the lease coming, I called  and talked to a lady about this letter, she told me to call back about six to eight weeks before the end of lease for buyout. ( I knew it was supposed to be one Dollar ).  I called back and I was told to call back two weeks prior for final amount. I called back again two weeks prior to end of lease payment, a girl mumbled 87.....  something, I asked her to repeat but she did not and said your lease has been extended for one more year. Basically they want another $36000.00 over and above $180,000.00 I have already paid.  Well Now it is $183,000.00 because they have withdrawn on more payment this month.  My attorney sent them a letter.  I recieved one more invoice from them so I called and talk to Sandra ( possibly a manager ) a very rude and strong personality to deal with.  I faxed them a letter withdrawing my authorization to withdraw money from my account.
