Five Point Capital Already OVERPAID A YEAR, after stating intentions, Five Point Capital is stating I owe another year on our three (3) Loans in order to pay off?!?!?! We have a small family business of eight (8) people and Five Point Capital is literally "taking food out of our childrens mouths"! Can anyone HELP!!!! San Diego CA

Already OVERPAID A YEAR, after stating intentions, Five Point Capital is stating I owe another year on our three (3) Loans in order to pay off?!?!?!  We were verbally promised of the $1 pay out at the end of each of our Lease Agreements from their sales rep. in 2007, who is still working there.  Which was a total lie.  And he says he can't help you because he cannot "pull our file for maturity information".  ( ? ) 

We have a small family business of eight (8) people and Five Point Capital is literally "taking food out of our childrens mouths"!  Can anyone HELP!!!!

We are taking Five Point Capital to Court!  We suggest everone who has been wronged by Five Point Capital do the same and teach these "people" to stop taking advantage of all us hard working people!
