I was contacted by a Mr. Micheal Nunley at 480-215-1918 (phone now rings then picks up and does nothing) about earning residual income from home. He stated that he represented a Merchant Services Company and that I could enroll as a Rep and find businesses that were in need of new merchant services or replacing them at a lower rate.  He said they can offer lower rates because they make their money on the other "bundled" packages that they sell.  He further told me that every sale would result in 500.00 plus a residual income from purchases made with these installed machines.  I did join at the tune of 500.00.

About 2 days later I received another phone call (representing Five Star) from a Dr. Burns at 480-323-9934.  He stated that he was a co-owner of the company and now lives off if his residual income and offers lead packages thru various vendors.

I could buy the leads (different levels, i.e. platinum, gold....) and that they would then do all the calling for me and that I did not have to do any calling or selling.  He said the closure rate was 3 out of 5 and that I would earn 500.00 per machine sold and residual income off of sales.  He also said that I would get a ROI within months and not have to worry about the credit card bill because I would make my money back well in time for the first bill.

I did enter at the highest level at the tune of 15,000.00.  I was also told that if I entered at that level my next lead package would be half off due to enrolling at highest level. I did receive the lead disk and invoices which I electronically signed.  This was back in Oct of 2011 and it has been nothing but a nightmare.

I have called Dr. Burns at least 20 times and have not received any reply.  Also, the Customer Service and Sales Department rarely returned my calls and when they did no one knew what I was talking about when I mentioned the conversation I had with Dr. Burns.

I have requested a lead's report on the calling progress and got some "makeshift" report back.  Asof that date and report (Nov 2011), they had made about 1400 calls and not one sale.  When I discussed this with a "Marissa" whom worked in customer service she informed me I needed to be patient.  I have emailed them and called repeatedly and get no response.

I am most interested in filing a class action lawsuit with others.  Feel free to contact me.

Thank you!

I do believe i spoke with your Dr. Burns.... only then he was Dr Anderson.

I too heard the same spiel and have had a similar experience.  He also informed me that i would receive a written guarantee.  I am strongly advocating that the better business bureau listen to the sales pitches that these individuals use when selling these 'leads' to clients.  I have copious notes from my conversation and believe that this is a fraudulent company and that they should be shut down.
