 I have tried to work with this bank for over 1yr. Trying to save my home. When is someone going to do something about their Fraudulent Banking Practices???? The ask for all this paperwork, which has to be faxed only. You send them everything and then they say they need up to date paperwork. It's was timely when sent. Then every person you talk with, after wanting 35 to 45 minutes on the phone, give you a different story. Do they train these people that way or not train them at all. Every piece of paperwork they send you is postmarked 30 to 120 days past the due date. It took them 6 months to get a Forbearance plan correct. They explained nothing about the plan with me. After I was in the Plan for 3 months, They sent a Bill to me saying I owed them $7600.00. While me statement said I had $7,500.00 suspend. When I called was on phone for over 3 hrs, talked with six different people got 6 different answers. Was finally told to disregard the notice that it was just computer generated. I am doing everything in my power to save my home. Flagstar is in the Big Land grabbed backed by OUR Government. DO NOT USE FLAGSTAR FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, Flagstar bank was charged with fraudulent mortgage practices and plead guilty. Just saying.

Sure glad NONE of this was YOUR fault.  You DID make all your payments as agreed...correct?

And, again, all your payments were on or before the due date and in the amount agreed, right?

It's just the evil bank out to make YOU homeless.



After reading your semi-literate postings, not so sure who needs to have "stupid" fixed.

I may mis-interpret another poorly worded part of your report, but looks like you're blaming the bank for accepting federal money for a "bail-out"..IF that's what you meant, it has NOTHING to do with your situation and the banks have paid the money back with interest.



BTW, I hope you can work things out, but my guess is you are NOT blameless in this.
