Flemings Ultimate Garage SOLD ME A CAR THAT DOESN'T RUN!- Rockville, Maryland

Bought a classic car 3 months ago from Flemings Ultimate Garage and moved right when I received the car.  The car was my dream car and was very excited about it because I always want to own a classic Vette.  I was only able to drive the car a few times after I moved becuase of a new job.

I was told by John O'Neill (salesman) that the engine was rebuilt, which was false, and the Sales manager Matt Holtzman that there are no problems with the car.  They took 3 months to actually get the car ready for me and once I drove it, it broke down.  I was told the car would take 5-6 weeks before it was ready and again it tool 3 MONTHS!!!

First the battery died (no biggy), then the MSD Ignition Control module fried out, needed 2 new MSD ignition coil blasters, new spark plugs, the V8 engine's 7th and 8th cylinders were not working, and the insallation under the car was rotted out on the driver side.  I got everything fixed and was told by MATT HOLTZMAN that they will pay for repairs. 

Drove the car 30 miles to my apartment and as I parked, the power steering went out and the rod came off.  Again I have to bring the car to the shop.  As we speak this is getting fixed, but there has been a problem ever since the car was delivered to me.

I was just informed that they will not pay for repairs and  pretty much just brushed off.  They also owe me money for the shipping of the car, that I have not yet recieved.  I am waiting for a call from the OWNER, TONY FLEMING, and still have not gotten a call back.

I have asked them to pay for the repairs or refund my money for the car and take it back.  Matt Holtzman flat out said no again.  DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!!! 

Waiting for response from the owner, TONY FLEMING and to see if they will do the right thing...all about good business.
