flemings ultimate garage false advertising rockville maryland

I recently purchased a 1969 Chevelle From Flemings Ullitmate Garage.  It was  advertised to be restored, refreshed, and ready to drive and show. After inspecting the car I found that it was grossly misrepresented. Parts were missing, and removed, such as backup lights, lower fender braces, and parts removed were convertible power top unit that was removed after the purchase of the car. The gas tank was leaking and had to be replaced, engine oil leaking, it had oversized tires on it that made the car unable to be drive, and the list goes on. I had to spend thousands of dollars to make the car what it was advertised to be. I have contacted Flemings, but they have refused to work with me to make things right, In my opinion they are a poor company and they misrepresent their products, they rip people off, and they should not have a licence to operate.
