After explaining that we had recently purchased a timeshare and could not have two vacation "packages", they convinced us they could help us sell the timeshare within 90 days. The selling tactics used were obviously quite good. "Go anywhere you can dream of and stay at the best of accommodations." Unfortunately we believed them and we bought.

It has been three years now and we still can't find a vacation anywhere that we want to go on or a time that we would be interested in going. The destinations are remote, and the dates are hear and there. We thought we would be able to say "Let's go to Puerta Vallarta next month", but we'd be very lucky to find Puerta Vallarta at all. Very often the dates we available right now, or next year.

Some of the locations also had additional costs you had to pay when you got there. And, the website you go to to plan your vacation is very user-unfriendly. When we contacted the company with our dissatisfaction, they basically said "Oh well."

I'm seriously concerned about our world when you can get so ripped off and nothing can be done about it. We contacted the Better Business Bureau and they basically told us that FSR did not misrepresent what they are selling. I beg to differ. I wish something could be done to get a refund. .
