On 6/15/04,we ordered a delivery of a flower arrangement by calling 1-800-258-6473. Delivery was to be made to Abbington, Bucks County,PA hospital, however delivery was never made.

Consequently we have been contacting the above phone number numerous times, to have the $ 50+/- charge removed from our master charge account.The answering staff refused to identify themselves or management and refused to acknowledge our request.

Via their website: www.fweg.com, I e-mailed the above and put them on notice of their staff's apparent intend to defraud. I asked confirmation of our charge cancellation within 24 hours. Needless to say I did not receive a reply.
