Flowers with Gifted Elegance customer service sucks. Tthey allowed someone to use my credit card number for an order, never confirming it was actually me the business that doesnt give a dam

I recently discovered that someone stole my credit card number & used it to order flowers for a one Belton Hargrove (I was given this much information by a very nasty operator at this business). I do not know anyone with such an unusual name. The flowers were in the amount of $100, I would never, ever, ever send anyone flowers worth that much. NOT ANYONE. Besides, I don't send flowers to anyone except my mother & stepmother & I assure you, their names are not Belton Hargrove.
I was told by my credit card company that a reputable company may settle this dispute with me, but I could not even get in touch with anyone who was willing or able to discuss this with me.
THEY SUCK.
