This was by far the most bogus, fraudelent company I have ever personally witnessed. I called what I thought was a local flower shop in Minneapolis, MN and it connected me to "Flowers with Gifted Elegance" to place the order. It didn't seem like a big deal so I went ahead with the order. The flowers were being delivered to my girlfriend at work. I was assured that the flowers would be delivered before she left at 6:00pm. As it got to be later in the afternoon I started calling "flowers with gifted elegance" to find out if my order had been or was going to be delivered. The problem was I could never talk to a real person. I was getting very frustrated and am an impatient persistent person so I must have called 50 times that afternoon to see if someone in their customer service department would pick up. No one ever did. I left countless messages and no one ever called back.

I also called the people who I placed the order with several times. These were the only people you could physically talk to. That became even more frustrating because it was clear they were there to place orders and bring in the money and had no clue what went on in the rest of the company. They had no ability to track an order, call a driver, or give you any idea if it had been delivered. All they would do is connect you to customer service - where your only option was to leave another voicemail that would not be returned. I then called back the people taking orders and asked to speak with a supervisor or manager. They gladly did it to get me of their back - but I was of course connected to another voicemail where no one called me back.

Needless to say, the flowers were never delivered. To make matters worse, this happened on a Saturday and they were closed Sunday. So I spent all day Saturday and much of Monday leaving messages and trying to get someone to call back - they never did.

I have never experienced anything like this before. The fact that this company has actually duped people into taking orders for a company that really doesn't even exist is unbelievable. It's really sad that this supposed company has not been shut down yet.

Please be aware because "flowers with gifted elegance" is not the name of a floral shop. It appears that they set up bogus names of floral shops throughout the U.S. and when you call one of those shops, it connects you to "flowers with gifted elegance". I figured this out because I asked several times to be connected directly to the floral shop and was repeatedly told that it could not be done. IF you call a shop and are connected to "flowers with gifted elegance", DO NOT place an order.
