I cancelled their program & their supplements, which I didn't feel helped me. I cancelled by phone & the customer service person told me it all would be cancelled.  But only the supplementys were cancelled & I was billed 7 times,$70.38, for a service I thought I had cancelled.

I called when I finally noticed the charge & explained how I thought I had cancelled & they would only refund one payment.  When I asked to speak to a supervisor , I was told I couldn't and that if I was not satisfied it was too bad.  When I called back again attempting to talk to a supervisor, I was told that the previous agent said I had refused the refund....I had said I felt I should be getting more than 1 charge out of 7 back.

Once again she wouldn't put me through to a supervisor & would not refund my money.  I am a senior & cannot afford to take a loss of almost $500.
