It was a trial sample 4.95.  they say after 14 days they have the right to charge me and send more products.

I asked for a full refund including my overdraft bank charges of 70.00 and they told me they couldn't refund the 130.90 until i returned the product.  Three to 5 business days.  I spoke to them today.  

This means I won't have access to any monies in my account until after Christmas which I explained to them and they said they had a policy. no exceptions.

 

i need to sue them.  My Christmas is ruined, by account is overdrawn, and now I am sick over this.
