Forever Young abruptly closed several Locations leaving thousand of people with pre paid tanning, Laser & Cosmetic Services un collectible thus losing all of the $$ paid. Their Priveville Location still has an active registration for FOREVER YOUNG OREGON, LLC on the Secretary of State website. Its 662824-93. If you seek small claims in Washington County use this since its still active. Gather all receipts & proof & move forward with a small claims suit. In the meantime Contact Dept of Justice, Consumer Protection & BBB & file complaints with all. These business owners need to be brought to justice in all ways possible. I am a victim as well & have done as much as I can.
