We received a 9 page fax with an invoice for $6000 to be paid by credit card and a credit application requesting our company info. This invoice was addressed to Kevin Batesman in Collon, UT. We of course didn't pay or give info, but some companies may not pay attention as well and someone could send out this information. BEWARE!!!
