Received 9 page bill addressed to a Kevin Batesman in Collon, Utah with zip 43565 (Bogus address). I searched google for the Forsythe Data Equipment compnay and encountered others getting the same bill. Invoice does not have contact information for Forsythe Data Company. Thanks for the rip-off warning.
