Received two faxes, each with an invoice for $6000 dated 4/22/04, with billing to a Kevin Batesman in Collon, UT, and a credit application. There was no header information (indication of where the fax originated) on the fax.
This appears to be an attempt to fraudulently collect credit card numbers and other credit information.
