I just received a 9-page fax from Forsythe Data Equipment, 55559 Bonhome Avenue, San Diego, CA 90987-9087 (there is no such address)as an invoice addressed to Kevin Batesman, 759787 Central Avenue, Collon, UT 43565 (there is no Kevin Batesman or address in existance). This is the third one of these I have received in approximately the last year.
