Forsythe Data Equipment Co. faxed an invoice # 09819828 to our office addressed to Kevin Batesman, 759787 Central Ae. Collon, UT. 8 pages worth of invoice!!

It stated Mr. Batesman owed $6000.00 for a List of Business records nationwide for unlimited use.Invoice states that Mr. Batesman used a credit card and it says he pre-paid.

Representative initials on Invoice are JM.

We mailed invoice w/note back to Forsythe but it came back to us as address unknown. Who are these people?
