Fotoconnection Lying crooks, nothing they advertise on the site matches the ridiculous price and quality of the product they quote you on the phone. Everytime you call them they tell you a different lie. Midwood New York

Fotoconnection advertise a camera for $1129 (USA Warranty). After placing the order, they send an e-mail, to call them about your credit card. At this time they tell you that the camera you saw is a gray market model not USA, and you must buy an extended warranty for 300 bucks, or get the US version for $1379.

After agreeing to this ridiculous price hike, they have you sign a form to authorize them to charge your credit card for the amount, but if you want to cancel the order, the con man will tell you anything you want to hear in order to change your mind about canceling.
He (Peter, Ext.2045) will promise to have the camera shipped as soon as he receives the authorization.

Four days later, still no tracking number, I called crook#1 (Peter) and he told me that this "close out" model is not going to be available until Tuesday (there are 52 of those in a year) then he informed me that the US model is $1460. I told him that I had enough, then he asked what I want to do. I told him to cancel. He said OK, and that will be 25% cancellation fee. After a few minutes of colorful word exchanges I told him that if I see any charges against my credit card I'll sue his lying a*s. He sarcastically told me " You're scaring me" and I told him "I don't want to scare you, but I will to sue you, you lying sc..bag".

A few more colorful sentences later I hung up on this lying piece of camel dung. It is unfortunate that with all the stupid and unnecessary laws on the books, our overpaid and under worked lawmakers cannot create laws to put these "Crooks-R-Us" kind of vendors where they belong, out of business or in prison.
