Foxtons applicant West Long Branch New Jersey

I recently went to a "interview" for a position at Foxtons realty this past week. I would say that I've never seen anything like the way these so called recruiters conduct interviews. It was held at the Sheraton Hotel. They made all the applicants stand up and watch a repetitive presentation given by a manager named Mark that had a bad case of jock itch. The entire time he kept scratching himself as if he had fleas!

Once the presentation was done, he made all 20 + applicants break up into groups with fastest talking people I've ever encountered. These people were talking like they were at an auction. Not only was it "high-paced", but you had to tell your life story in front of the entire room! Then you were sent to have a one-on-one interview with the sleeziest men of the bunch. Once the interview was over, you had to go back into the room with the speed talkers.

For what ever reason, one of the recruiters "Bujene" (what a name)which was a female, definitely had a "thing" for women! She was interogating all the women like they stole her purse! She was the most unprofessional individual I've ever met. She was very concerned about everyones employment background history when Foxtons is her first job according to herself! Not only that, she asked me if I had children!! Isn't that against the law????

I'd advise everyone, do not apply to Foxtons!! Not only do they offer a too good to be true package that is completely false as far as the "base salary is concerned", but they want you to run around New York and New Jersey, slaving like a bunch of animals in the most ugliest cars on the planet! Do not do it people.
