I placed an order for 2 pairs of swim trunks totalling $90.00 USD on February 14, 2018. When I was checking out, there was an error in the shopping cart alerting me to contact the merchant because something was wrong. When I did, I got a quick response of:

Hello,   Thank you for informing me of this issue.   Do you happen to have access to pay via PayPal?   If not, I will change the payment options tomorrow with our payment team and fix this issue.   Best regards,   Bianca M Sales Agent, Frank Anthony   So I sent the money via PayPal, and got my confirmation email from paypal that payment was sent. No confirmation emails ever came from Frank Anthony, so over the next several days I emailed daily asking for status update and never got any replies. No phone number is listed on the website.   After some googling, I quickly found 100's of complaints against Frank Anthony accusing fraud everywhere from his Instagram comments to Rip Off Report, to his facebook and other sites. Everyone had the same story - sent money, no goods every shipped. Only communication from Frank Anthony is non-sensical lies. Makes excuses why tracking can't be determined "because it was dispatched within the first 48 hours".  He claims shipping normally takes 9-20 days. I'm well past that range and he lied and said it was sent within 2 days of Feb 14.   I've also reverse image-searched many of the images on his website and the products aren't even really his.
