Well I got a phone from Mr.T Tucker from Franklin Services on 8/6/2009 he infromed me who he was and where he is calling from. He asked me can I make a payment on this account I asked him how much the balance was. I told Mr.Tucker that I do not have the money but I am willing to make a 50.00 payment on 8/21/2009, and if I can mail in payments every month to pay the balance off. He said yes and that he was noting it in the computer everything was set. On the following Saturday after i received a called again from Franklin Services and this time the rep was rude he said that I need to make a payment on this account and I told him that I already set up arrangements with Mr.Tucker and to look in the notes.He informed me that there were no notes on my account for any arrangements and that I need to make a payment now or they will sue me. I asked to speak to Mr.Tucker but the Rep would not let me spesk to him, he said he was busy, then I said I will wait, then he said that he was not there. So I told him to play back the recording to hear my arrangements before I set up another on. He refused and had his manager come on the phone and the manager told me that I have to make a 200.00 dollar payment by the end of this month and no question asked. I told him I don't have 200.00 dollars and that I was paying 50 dollars he said no I better find a way to get the 200 dollars and I told him I will call on Monday and speak with Mr.Tucker he said Mr.Tucker is not my repesentative and that I do not need to speak to him. Long story short this company is a rip off DON'T send them money let them threaten to sue you because they won't
