We need to ban together and file a class suit against Franklin Credit! They told us we were not entitled for a modification but they would do a forbearance, when we question why they stated we didn't make enough. So they requested proof (which we sent) showing we made $800.00 more a month.. we did that.... They stated we NOW didn't qualify for either... NOW they never called us or sent us any letter my husband had to call everal times to which the person who handles it is out sick, on vacation blah blah blah..EXCUSES>>EXCUSES.
