Their home page specifically states that you will not be charged if you cancel within nine days. I cancelled the next day.  I was charged $24.95.  When I called to complain, they told me that I used the three credit service option.  They have a "step by step" process that guides you so you can get your "free" credit report(s).  There was never a choice or another option.  They know that they are ripping people off and they have no intention of refunding anyone's money.  They have no business ethics whatsoever.  It is a pathetic shame that these people are such losers without talent or skills to earn an honest living. Instead, they are getting richer than the rest of us by swindling honest people.  I think that we should file a class action lawsuit against them to slow them down.  Why do we always have to take it and just roll over?! They're making millions and all they have to do is lie and tell us to f*** off!

The following was copied directly from their home page:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION When you order your free report here, you will begin your free trial membership in Triple Advantage(SM) Credit Monitoring. If you don't cancel your membership within the 7-day trial period**, you will be billed $14.95 for each month that you continue your membership

**Monitoring with Experian begins within 48 hours of enrollment in your free trial. Monitoring with Equifax and TransUnion takes approximately 4 days to begin, though in some cases cannot be initiated during your trial period. You may cancel your trial membership any time within 9 days of enrollment without charge.

So, what part of that explains why they feel justified in charging me $24,95?  Obviously, they are a complete farce.
