freedom pop don't waste your money rip off and moronic Internet

 I gave this compay a second chance after having issues with them before. This time it was worse. Things were going OK for a few weeks in the beginning so I decided to buy an additional 30gb.I logged in to my account and chose a $30.upgrade. My device stopped working the next day. Unbelirvably, I actually got someone on the phone with half a brain that explained to me that the upgrade was not compatible with my device. I emailed support to ask for a change. I never heard from them even after sending 7-8 emails. Finally I had the charge removed from my credit card. I continued to try to email them but to no avail. So they closed my account cheating me of my remaining data and told me that I could do nothing to reactivatr. Folks, T-mobile has a much better data only plan. This company is garbage
