freeshipping.com Unknowingly enrolled in program and seeking reimbursement for unauthorized charges. Internet

Made a purchase through Shari's Berries in 2011 and have seen charges in the amount of $12.97 ever since for a company called Freeshipping.com.  Individual is seeking reimbursement for the unauthorized charges to his account.  This membership was never authorized, as the person who is seeking the refund is not an avid online shopper.  Individual was told that they could visit freeshipping.com's website and there would be information with regard to seeking a refund, however no such information was present.  

Whom do we need to speak to or what do we need to do to get this rectified?
