BEWARE OF FREEWAY INSURANCE. They are the BIGGEST LYING SCUM BAGS!!! Everything that comes out of these agents mouth is A LIE. They put their agents through school and teach them to LIE to say ANYTHING to get you in that office.

My Story
I went online looking for car insurance and got a call from freeway. First of all I'm in my 40's have NEVER had a ticket in my life. I have a PERFECT driving record, I have an OLD  beat UP car and all I wanted was liability PLUS I work from home so NEVER even leave the house. All of these things equals CHEAP insurance. The first thing that happened was I talked to the freeway lady on the phone and she straight lied to me about a fake quote. She told me it was $80 down I told her I did not have that so she said if you come now I will let you just pay what you can.

This was the first lie. As soon as I got there they immediately started me on the paperwork then half way through it after already almost being done the lady says no it's $85  I told her what the other lady told me on the phone and she said well it's $85 and we need to get that today. Then right before we are finished I find out I have to come up with yet ANOTHER $288 aside from the $85 so that was CRAZY lie 2. My boyfriend had taken me there and missed work so I did not want to drag him around all day so I basically became a sucker.

Then The 3RD lie was the women asked me how I wanted to pay each month I said I do NOT want to use a card, I would rather pay through the mail. So at the end after everything she says we are going to need a card, don't worry this is just for verification it will never get used. I said are you sure because I already said I do NOT want my card to be used that is why I opted to pay by check per month. She said no worries. She also said the $288 would be due in 2 weeks but she said if you do not have it don't worry just call us and we will give you another 2 weeks and after 2 weeks if you still need more time we will give more time so you can just make payment.

I said great. Well not even a week goes by and they are already trying to charge my card. My card luckily was canceled so haha they couldn't get anything but they called 4th LIE, they would not let me get an extension over the phone like they said I had to drive all the way across town to straighten it out. When I went in she then told me well they are gonna keep trying your card every day until they get the money even after they LIED and said it would NEVER be charged.

Now starts the letters... My boyfriend and I were pretty pissed at this point so we drove down yet again to have a talk with the manager. The conversation got heated and he basically backed all his liar employees but the bottom line came out to try and keep us was that we would make a payment and not have to worry about any other payment for the entire month. That was straight from the horses mouth which was the manager. He even said he would try to waive part of the fee (I knew that was a lie).

So yet again 6th LIE one week later I get a letter in the mail stating my card on file does not work and my account I now flagged as delinquent. My boyfriend went down there to straighten it out again and the manger AGAIN LIED and said he NEVER said he would try to waive the fee, then he kicked my boyfriend of out there and threatened to call the police. My boyfriend got the entire incident on video,. He doesn't have a violent bone in his body freeway are just a bunch of of creepy lying crooks!

Freeway Insurance is a big FAT SCAM.
