Contracted with Freightquote.com to ship a small pallet from Livermore, CA to Redding, CA. Approximately 150 miles, pallet weight approximately 150lbs.

Both sites are commercial with loading docks and forklifts.

Freightquote was give exactly correct pallet dimensions, weight, and addresses of both commercial properties.

Quote was $137.86.

Approximately 3 days after delivery freightquote charges our credit card an additional $145.00 claiming the delivery address was not commercial.

The delivery address is commercial with a business license on file with the city and state.

They claimed the sight required a lift gate. Confirmation with the recipient is that he unloaded the pallet with his forklift.

Efforts to resolve this issue with Freightquote have been unsuccessful.

We have disputed the charge with our credit card company and filed a complaint with the BBB.
