Freightquote.com low prices vs. time spent following up on ripoff charges Lenexa Kansas

We were contacted by freightquote and given a great rate on shipping. We decided to use their service and had our product shipped out. We paid our bill based off the original, agreed upon quote and two weeks later we recieved another bill for an additional shipping amount which was a result of an employee mistake on their side. We called several times and were told they had no managers there to take our complaints and were given the run around.

Finally, we got through to a manager who said it was in fact the employees mistake and that the charges would be taken care of. Two months later we are still recieving collection notices almost every week and we get no support from their customer service reps. It's amazing they manage to stay in business with such a complete lack of customer care.
