Frontier Communications Company continues to charge me after account is closed. Poor customer service cant fix. Whittier Nationwide
When Frontier bought Verizon they bought me as a customer. Once they took over I had numerous days without service. I called to cancel service and verify there is no contract or additional fees. Closed and made my last payment.
It's now months later and I still need to fight this company every month when they send me a bill stating I owe them a "Cancelation" fee for cancelling a contract I never had with them or Verizon.
At this point I don't see any other recourse than small claims court.
