Fry's Electronics Fry's does not honor its rebates! ripoff waste of time San Diego California

On the 21st of March this year I purchased a 160GB Western Digital GB Hard Drive at Fry's Electronics 9825 Stonecrest Blvd. San Diego Ca. 92123 partly for the generous $100.00 rebate offered through their advertisement.

I immediately sent the rebate and all required paperwork to the address provided. After several weeks I received a letter dated the 22nd of April a full month after having sent it in, that the forms were filled out wrong but they did not say what was not provided. They told me that I have one week to send the corrected information back to them.

All information and receipts were sent in that envelope! Instead of resubmitting the same paperwork I sent all the information and receipts to Frys electronics who sat on it until the 18th of June when their customer service department contacted me and told me exactly what I needed to do. I was to send in the same paperwork and a bar code taken off the Hard Drive. They told me that the offer is still good. The next day the 19th of June, I mailed everything including the Bar Code and an explanation letter to the rebate center in Young America, MN.
Today the 11th of July the letter was returned unopened with return to sender offer expired on the front.

I have given Frys electronics every opportunity to make good on this matter but have lost all patience. I will never purchase another Western Digital device nor will I ever purchase any produce from Frys establishment. I will also tell everyone that I know, work with and meet not to do business with Frys either in San Diego or anywhere else.
