Frys Electronics sold bad laptop misrepresented extended warantee San Jose California

sold me a 3year extended warentee on a Toshiba computer. Laptop overheated 6 times over the 1st year, they say they wont exchange it like the salesman said the ext warrentee would

More than 3 fixes for the same thing its a lemon and will replace. That what the salesman said when selling me the extension.

Each repair took several weeks, a loaner was hard to get even when it was on the warentee as std.

Usually waited for no less than 2 hours at the counter even when no customers were there.

A couple of loaners were dead and I had to go back and wait 2 more hours each time to get a working laptop

FRYS ELECTRONICS is a ripoff Dont buy high dollar stuff here. NEVER buy a extended warrentee as they will try to stall and squeeze you to give up
