I am reeling with shock right now from the raw deal I got from fumfie.com. All I want to know is how to get my $1,500 back. After getting an email to contact them so that my order be processed, I made a call on Monday May 17th. I told the guy I spoke with that I needed the items by Friday 21st because I am leaving the country on Saturday. I expected an email with my shipping tracking number and didn't get it. So I called them all day today (05-19-10)and a voice recorded message says they are closed until Friday! I paid $50 for 2days shipping. I have the bank transection with a number on it, totalling to the same amount that I got charged at fumfie.com. This means they got my money and now they are failing to deliver...in other words, I have been conned!!! STAY AWAY, cheap means you are losing your money all together!


This is not over though, I want my money back and would ike to know how to handle this case.

Fumfie I was lied too and they tried to bully me into buying an additional warranty on Samsung 65 TV. They said that Samsung does not cover TV's that an authorized dealer didn't sell. I called SAmsun and that is NOT true!! I called them back again and thet said I was given the wrong info by SAmsung so I called Samsung again and they confirmed that they do cover ANY TV with a one year parts and labor in home service. This company trys to strong arm you into buying their warranty--who knows if the warranty is good if you buy it from them. Then this caharacter Mike told me that even though the TV ships free I had to pay $199 for insurance on the TV----STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!!! Rockaway, New york
