A representative arrived at my small business - what he presented to me was to benefit my small business.  The things we discussed was not true - The ATM fee he stated not true - the corporate fee - not mentioned - the fact that pay off old processing company not true - I really thought I would be saving money by going with this company - this company has placed me in a hardship by sending people out that mis represent what they really all about.  I even referred them to other business who are experiencing the same problems.  There reply is u signed it.  He did have a tablet - however nothing printed out to read he said they would call and verify what we discussed - the next think I know I received the processing machine.  I had a detail of the charges that I should have incurred - however that is not the case.

I emailed you last week - I have not heard a thing from you yet - You said you would like to discuss this with me - we could if you would return the email.  Its sad that we need to have the discussion - even sadder that you ask me to contact you and I did and have not heard from you in a week.
