FXSupplements Akai & Total Cleanse Scam Texas

I ordered Akai & Total Cleanse supplements for $5.95 each. The fine print says you have 10 days to try the product and the 10 days starts the day you ORDER the product. If 10 days go by, they will automatically charge your credit card for $89.99. I started to call them 4 days after the order was placed because the terms seemed odd. I emailed them with read receipts attached, the phone conveniently was having technical difficulties every time I called. The email was never read, or they refused my read receipt notice. I finally called the number showing against the charge. The first time I got an answering service and was told the office was closed but they would have someone call me the next day. They did not call. I called them back and stayed on the phone for over one hour waiting for someone to answer. When I finally reached someone, I told them I was wise to their scam and I wanted to speak with a supervisor. Another 30 minutes on the phone went by waiting for the supervisor. Finally I spoke with a lady. I told them I never received the product and I demanded my money back or I would be calling the Attorney General's Office. They decided to refund my money. I have 2 emails stating that I wil get my $5.95 back. This was Friday, I'll have to wait til next week to see if it is refunded. If not I will alert the Attorney General's Office in MA and they can sort it out. I also alerted my bank of the scam and told them not to accept any charges from this company.
