Fyves Advertising Media Fyves Stole Money, No Produt Delivered Albuquerque Europe Internet

Back in May 2015, I ordered a Pink Floyd hoodie which I had seen in an advertisement on Facebook. It was for a bidding site, in which the number had to reach a certain amount of bidders in order to get printed. It reached its goal and everyone was charged $34.97 ($43.47 FYVESADVERT on Credit Card statement).

After 2 weeks, nothing arrived in the mail so I emailed the company on June 8 2015 and received a response that said:

Hi there,

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience in getting this order to you on time. Let me raise the tip of the veil a bit so you know what has gone on on our end. Like you, I really really don’t like these holdups as having happy buyers is incredibly important to me and our business.

While your order was in the queue, we’ve had to implement a new route for shipping in order to avoid overloading our local postal service. Since 2010, Fyves has shown a month over month growth since its inception and unfortunately the postal service was not able to keep up and we had to find an emergency solution. We found our solution in using our neighbour, Germany, for the excess shipments which included yours.

Your package was only recently shipped out by them, so receiving your item can unfortunately take up to 14 business days more. Please rest assured that I’m here if you require any further assistance. I realise that I can’t make this up to you easily, but I do hope you’ll absolutely love your order once it arrives.

All of June went by. All of July went by. Still nothing in the mail for August so far. Nothing ever came in the mail nor did I even get a courtesy email asking if I received the product. I sent another email on August 1st. It is now August 6th and there has not been a response. I was trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but my patience is gone and they now deserve to be on Ripoff Report.

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to at least hopefully get my money back, as another Ripoff Report about this same company and a response from the company states that if you file a dispute, they will refund you.  I really want nothing to do with this company anymore. I don't want the product anymore. I just want my money back.

This company is from Europe and is not to be trusted by people in the United States.

A google search of "Rip Off Report Fyves" clearly shows how bad this company is.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE ONLY AFTER STEALING YOUR MONEY AND PRETENDING TO MAKE SHIRTS AND OTHER PRODUCTS. I should have researched the company before making my purchase. Hopefully no one has to ever deal with this company and puts them out of business so they cannot scam others.
