March 21st, 2015 I ordered a pair of High Top Red converse sneakers with the REAL soccer logo (she's a huge soccer player)for my 14 year old daughter. These shoes were a reward for an amazing report card. It was crowd funding. If goal was met, they produced the item. Goal was met.
My PayPal account was deducted the $49.82 plus $8.50 shipping. My daughter is devastated that we haven't received these. I got a confirmation email with an order # but no tracking#. Cannot call the company, as they are in Europe. Emailing them and no one gets back to you. Online chat function on their site is worthless. They say they will give you a free shirt if they don't reach you in 24 hours. That also is a falsehood. My order # is R1180463507.
Please help!

Please be aware that our national postal service in Europe has restricted shipments to the USA recently.
Our national postal service was recently privatized, and unfortunately that meant that many orders that were ready to be shipped couldn't as the service decided to raise the prices for shipping to the US drastically.
We understand the implications this has had to our US customers, as can be seen by various of these reports as well as the disputes we have received thusfar.
To receive your money back, kindly file a dispute with paypal or your credit card company. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to you as we take great pride in elaborating the products we offer on our website. We would have liked to see you enjoy your apparel rather than what happened instead.
