Order a pair of shoes March 5/15 $55. US. Paid through Paypal. Received the shoes only to be the wrong size.

Inquired on how to return and get the right size. They told me by email to send shipping payment to payments@fyves.com in order to re send me the correct size. I didnt send anymore money. I did return the shoes to the address sent to me in an email.

The cost to return the shoes was $20. cdn. I emailed them notifying them that I hade returned the shoes and attached a copy of my receipt dated Apr. 19/15, with their address on it.

I have sent several emails inquiring about my return and when the correct sized item will be mailed. Have not received any replies.

I try to go on their web site and it says cant access this site, error, reload page.
