Fyves.com ,Fyves Advertising Media, Customly ripped off when ordering custom apparel Romania Internet

 On April 24, 2015, I placed an order for some hight top custom sneakers for $47.98 + $8.50 S&H with a football team logo that was crowd funded. On May 27, 2015, I receive an email stating the campaing ended successfully and my order will begin being processed. The production of the sneakers were initiated. But then on June 26, 2015, after numerous emails sent back and forth wondering about my product and its E.T.A., I receive an email that states and I quote, "Our national postal service was recently privatised, and unfortunately that meant that many orders that were ready to be shipped couldn't ... To receive your money back, kindly file a dispute with PayPal or your credit card company." In other words they told me, " We took your money, we are not returning it, file a dispute with people who don't owe you." My order # is R6190360833. I've tried multiple times via email to have them send me my product or return my money, but after multiple attempts this company seems to be adamant about the situation by simply ignoring me.
