G Reynolds Sims Sued Again In 2006 For Fraudulent Practices FDCPA, Fraud, Deceptive, Deceive, Harass, Troy, Michigan

G Reynolds Sims landed in hot water again. In August of 2006, Sims found himself in court again facing charges, this time of violating the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act for intentionally harassing the neighbors and friends of a person he was trying to collect money from.

As you may recall, Sims has already been disciplined once before by the Attorney Discipline Board in Michigan "for owning an securities company that engaged in a scheme to defraud its customers in connection with transactions of common stock of three separate corporations." Sims was able to nogotiate a settelement in this case in order to prevent a legal ruling against him, and the case was dismissed. But it stands as yet another testimony to the fraudlent nature of G Reynolds Sims, P.C.
