Garage Door Service Steve Wrong Product, Unaurhorized Charges, Threats, Police Denver, Colorado Internet

 I called to have a repair man come out after my home was broken into the evening before. He put the wrong door on, it did not match the other door. When the HOA came by the next day, I was told that it was not an acceptable door. The blocks were much larger and textured, compared to the other door on the left side of the garage. From the sidewalk this was a very noticeable difference. He was not returning my calls last weekend. My husband finally got ahold of him and still was not helpful. The tech was telling my husband  he needed his battery and charger. My husband offered to bring it to him but he said just leave it outside. My husband left it on the porch on before he left for the day. The tech started calling and texting threatening to come to my house with the police to collect the charger. He then texted that he was just going to charge an extra $200 to my debit card to pay a replacement fee for it. I had to cancel the card. No I am out of access to my funds short of walking into the bank and withdrawing for the next 7-10 business days.

When I got a hold of a supervisor, I was told I was being rediculious and that they were not at fault for any of it. He knew he was to match the door and I told him it did not match. He left and said he would look for a matching one over the weekend. When I told them about the threats, I was told that is not their problem.

Very rude, unethical and and unprofessional company!
