The company claims to have hard to find boxed video sets. They will bill your credit card the day the order is taken.

They will then send a tracking number, which they purchase from the post office. That will be the last time you hear from them.

When trying to reach them, you will get a recording that says do to a high volume of callers they will have to call you back.

My order was placed on Aug.2, 2007. it is now Sept.17, 2007.Nobody has ever returned my phone call.
