Gary Lively Pool Contractor fraud - took money and ran Carrollton Texas

We contracted with Gary Lively on 3/16/15 to rebuild our pool. We paid him $2,971.00. He came out and worked for only two hours, then refused to continue working or refund our money. He always had excuses, "death in the family" "My best friend Wayne died" and "I have a heart condition now". Then it was "sorry, it was just too hot to work this summer". We sued him in small claims court, but the process server could not locate him to serve process. I don't know if the 3700 Bishop Hill Drive is even his real address. This contractor is a fraud, a con man and should be avoided at all costs. A lazy slug who doesn't want to do any work. We also contacted the local police about him. I believe he still lurking in the Collin County, Texas area.
