gc services Misleading service contracts columbus Ohio

I have been trying to solve my student loan payments by calling GC Services and arranging payments.  I have called many times, and receive different info every time.  As if they don't know what they are talking about, they have admitted to me that I have been mislead on the contract services they arranged with me.  This has happened three times in the past two months.  And now they threaten to Garnish my Wadges even though I have been doing everything I can to get things going.  I'm just getting the run around, I called today 10-07-14 and was told the program they was suppose to started on the 5th of Oct 2014 was told to me incorrect again.  They said they would investigate the misleading information that was told to me, don't know what to do really could use some help.  Thank you.
