ECMC & GC Services I call and the automated system tells me someone else has my loan Raeford NC

I spoke to the US Dept of Education and i'm told ECMC tolds 2 of my loans, so I call them and the automated system tells me GC services, I call GC Services and get nothing but bs.  ECMC put a hold on my taxes and can not get anyone to speak to me and when I call US Dept of Education back and tell them that ECMC states loan was given to GC Services and i would really like to know what the heck is going on and get someone to answer me,

I get told ECMC has my loan.  All these places have all your personal information and it can just be given to anyone and then ECMC can just put in a attachment on my taxes and they are not even dealing with me either.  Crock of BS and I'm beyond upset and no further ahead then what I was in November 2016.  So I guess I'll have to get an attorney involved to figure out what the heck is going on, if ECMC can not do there job then the US Dept of Education needs to remove them.
