ecmc predatory collection extortioners st. paul, Minnesota

I have two student loans each for 2500.00 from 1985 that were dismissed in bankruptcy in 1986.Twenty years later this company ECMC says i owe them over 20,000.00$. They were sent the proper documents proving this, but using todays laws they say they weren't. 

After a couple of years and almost daily sometimes 2 to 3 times a day they would call and demand payment, send bills with different amounts they claimed i owed,one time  twice in one week with different amounts. I finally had enough and tried legally to have the harrassment stopped through the courts.

This is what really amazes me ,I had the same bankruptcy judge who signed and released me from those debts in my reopened case.He surely had the records,should have recognized his own signature but i guess didn't research the case prior to my hearing much to my unforunate result. His decision was that the case was too old and it should have been settled long ago,and dimissed with predudice.

Now my answer to ecmc was that it mean't them also. They should have come forward years ago ,but wait, they couldn't because they bought the loan in 2007. Now what's even stranger is it's been 7 years they have taken my income tax twice thanks to the IRS but i contacted the student loan assoc. and the two banks ,they want nothing to do with this after viewing the documents i included.WHAT'S UP WITH THAT
